Shipping rates
We offer worldwide delivery free of charge.
Carriers
We use PostNL for domestic shipping and Deutsche Post for shipping outside of the Netherlands. Your package always comes with a track & trace code that provides milestone tracking and delivery confirmation.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

These estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please understand that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment confirmation and Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, import duties, and taxes
Natt Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (import duties, international taxes, charges, any additional fees, etc.).
Damages
Natt Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nattjewellery.com so that we could file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
