Refund policy

We want you to love your Natt Jewellery piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Standard Returns

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Custom and Made-to-Order Jewellery 

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are crafted specifically for you. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or defective - in that case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, the item is damaged or missing parts, or for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective upon arrival or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, for instance, another ring size, send us an email at info@nattjewellery.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will be notified of your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact info@nattjewellery.com first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
