Bespoke Commissions: Future Artifacts

Every Natt Jewellery piece is born from a story. If you have a vision for a dream jewel, require a custom size, or wish to adjust an existing Natt Jewellery design to your liking, I invite you to request a custom commission.

How to Begin

To start the journey, fill out the form below or send an email. Please note that while I love to bring your visions to life, I do not replicate the work of other designers. Every commission must align with the Natt Jewellery aesthetic and my specific craftsmanship style. Please include:

  • A detailed description of your idea (sketches are welcome).

  • Desired material (925 Sterling Silver, 14k gold, etc.) and size.

  • Your approximate budget.

The Creative Process

  1. Preparation: We will develop up to three preparatory sketches for your approval.

  2. Agreement: Once a design is approved, we sign a Custom Jewellery Commission Agreement.

  3. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure materials and begin the process.

  4. Creation: I will keep you involved with work-in-progress photos as I make a wax model, cast, and finish your piece in the atelier.

  5. Completion: The remaining 50% is due upon completion, followed by final approval and shipping.

Timeframe and Investment

Custom pieces typically require 15–20 business days after design approval. Because these are handcrafted artifacts and not mass-produced items, they require extra time, effort, and devotion. Please order well in advance for special dates or gifts.

The Fine Print

  • Right of Refusal: If you choose not to purchase the finished item, Natt Jewellery retains the piece and the 50% deposit.

  • Returns: Due to their personalized nature, custom commissions cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
